Meet Our Tribe
Bianca Prichard, Founder & Director

Bianca is a respected Spa leader, with strong industry and peer relationships, across a wide network of the Spa industry. As a spa owner and industry advocate, she recognises the importance of quality training and she continues to work to establish professional spa industry standards in Australia. She is a qualified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner, remedial massage and beauty therapist, has industry teaching experience and has delivered wellness workshop and guest speaker roles both nationally and internationally.
Bianca is driven by her sense of responsibility and respect to environmental issues and sustainability. Her inspiration for Jindii Eco Spa came from the Australian landscape, our Indigenous Culture and its ancient, botanical, healing wisdoms.
Bianca enjoys working with like-minded people and gathers around her a team who are just as passionate about the environment, skin care, client care and quality service. Bianca loves to ‘share ways to engage our clients in celebrating the richness and beauty of the Australian bush and the rich, cultural heritage we have here.’ Connection to community is key and at Jindii you’ll find a range of community initiatives, treatments, fundraisers, workshops, classes and products which help educate, engage and unite the Jindii tribe and community.
Jessica Agnello, Spa/Beauty Therapist

Jessica has been in the industry for 15 years and loves the Spa Therapy environment, especially giving clients massages and facials.
‘It’s nice to have a client leave here feeling relaxed and calm, after walking in stressed.’
Jessica loves working at Jindii, as she loves the location and the open, relaxed space of the spa because ‘clients get to relax and get away from their busy lives here’. She enjoys coming to work in such a beautiful, nurturing space and encourages her clients to relax and enjoy the space after treatments.
Tori Hevern, Spa/Beauty Therapist

Tori joined the Jindii EcoSpa team in 2017 and is a well-loved member of our team.
Her positive energy and warm heart is magnetic and her smile is infectious! Tori loves being part of the spa wellness industry and says it is everything she hoped it would be.
She finds she’s constantly learning new things from her clients and colleagues and everyday experiences. Tori loves putting all her focus on one person, when they’re with her, and helping them achieve what they need to make their day better.
‘I love the team at Jindii and the ethics and morals of the business, because they match my own and are what I try to live in my everyday life. Each day at work I learn how to be more eco-friendly myself and it feels like it’s a place I can also come to relax, rather than work.’
Tori is a talented therapist who has a keen interest in the environment, self-care and massage.
Isabelle (Issy) Hughes, Spa/Beauty Therapist
Welcome Issy.
Issy had a passion for beauty therapy and looking after others from an early age and committed herself to engaging in the spa wellness industry as soon as she could. She LOVES what she does and enjoys being part of the Jindii EcoSpa team where she can engage in a professional environment that is fun and inclusive.
“My favourite treatment is the Awakening Spa Journey – I just love providing the service and it leaves your body and mind feeling beautiful.”
Issy enjoys meeting new clients and creating space for her guests to relax and unwind from the day-to-day.
Catherine Preston, Spa/Beauty Therapist

Welcome Catherine.
Catherine joined the Jindii tribe in 2019 as a casual receptionist and has since qualified as a beauty/spa therapist. She enjoys developing her professional skills and enjoys providing the guests in her care with exceptionally relaxing and nurturing treatments.
“I love working at Jindii, being able to help others with their self-care when they have booked in and seeing when they are relaxed after treatment tells me that in a way I have done my job right. “
Although Catherine’s favourite Jindii treatment is the ‘Fragonia Head & Scalp ritual’, she says,
“Any of our beautiful Spa Journeys are incredible, offering the guest the opportunity to take the time to wind down slowly and enjoy total relaxation.”
Nancy Chellen, Spa/Beauty Therapist
Welcome Nancy.
Nancy began her spa wellness career in 2013, with a particular interest in providing exceptional treatment experiences for the hands and feet (although, we think her facials and massage are pretty extraordinary too!).
Nancy is a natural nurturer and appreciates the privilege of working with her guests.
“Seeing the smile on the client’s face after a treatment and how we, as a therapist, can make a person feel, is what makes me love even more what I’m doing.”
A well-loved member of our tribe, Nancy enjoys working within our fun, friendly and collaborative team environment, and appreciates the little things that make a big difference.
Amy Hass, Spa/Beauty Therapist

Amy has returned to the Jindii tribe, and looks forward to providing you with a relaxing Jindii spa experience.

Liv’s favourite treatment experience is the Booroomba Stone massage, and the unique Native Elements massage.
Kate Jenkins, Spa Reception

Welcome Kate.
A welcome smile and friendly greeting you when you arrive. Kate is committed to providing excellence in customer service and has a warm, happy personality.
Kate joined the Jindii tribe earlier in 2021, as she enbarked upon her journey into the wellness industry, following in her Mum’s footsteps.
“My favourite thing about working at Jindii EcoSpa is the team culture and the friendly environment.”
Kate’s ‘go-to-product’ is the iKOU Phyto+ Day Cream. “My skin just LOVES this hydrating moisturiser. Light to wear on my skin and feels so hydrating and generous.”
What we can do for you…
Inspired by the native flora found in the lush rainforest surrounds of the Australian National Botanic Gardens, Jindii EcoSpa delivers soul-enriching treatments that will revitalise, recharge and replenish.
Infusing locally sourced botanical ingredients, our garden sanctuary provides a nurturing oasis to escape from life’s hectic pace.
Our spa rituals are uniquely designed to provide a deep connection to both nature and self, providing a haven for some well deserved time-out, and to simply “be”.
