Dru with Tracy is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisations. Start enjoying living in your body again, with ways that are always pain and strain free.
Dru yoga is suitable for anyone, any age, and any body – no flexibility or previous experience is necessary.
Weekly class on Tuesday evenings, and a monthly workshop (Sunday) for those who can’t make it during the week. Keep that in mind, and look out on Facebook (just search for ‘Tracy Rowe’ and LIKE Jindii EcoSpa) for the adverts for that – workshops last year filled up within a week, so if you want to be notified of them personally, let me know so we can tag you in ourposts (we don’t want to fill your inbox up with emails, so you won’t be getting many of these).
Dru Yoga at Jindii Eco Spa, within the grounds of the Botanic Gardens: parking is the carpark outside the garden’s boundary fence on Clunies Ross Street – that’s just north of the main gate entrance. It’s an ANU “permit carpark” but all Jindii clients have free access 24/7. From the carpark it’s a short walk up the double gates at the back of the carpark – you can see the Jindii building from the carpark.
2020 Classes: Tuesdays 6pm-7.30pm
Cost $20 per class casually, or $100 for a mini-block of 6 classes.
