Terms & Conditions

By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that we will debit from your credit card the amount shown in your basket. At Jindii EcoSpa your wellness experience is our number one priority. We endeavour to make shopping online with Jindii EcoSpa pleasurable and easy.

If your goodies are delayed or out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email or the phone number you provide. Every care is taken to deliver your goods, however if your goods should arrive to you in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We also ask that you supply us with a photograph showing the damage to the goods and the packaging and a copy your receipt. We will contact you regarding return of the item/s, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we have sighted the product and verified your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We will happily arrange delivery to Canberra and the surrounding region! 

Jindii EcoSpa will endeavour to dispatch orders ASAP. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. Generally all deliveries will be received within 4 days of order. If at any time that this is not the case, please contact us immediately. If we’re unable to fulfil your order you will be notified immediately by email or telephone.

All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST.

Jindii EcoSpa adheres to the highest standards to safeguard our customers’ personal information. We will not use your information for purposes other than in the process of normal business: 1. to process your order, or 2. to inform you of important changes to our site or business, and 3. to keep you informed of any new products or services. It is our strict policy never to disclose or on-sell your personal information to a third party.

In the secure payment checkout section of the Jindii EcoSpa website our payment gateway will request sensitive information from you, such as personal details and credit card information. These are fully protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Always look to see if the SSL Padlock appears near the address bar at the top for your browser. This means that any information that is sent to and from the Gateway server is encrypted to prevent any unauthorized access.

All Credit Card transactions are performed through a fixed and secure payment Gateway Server. All credit card information is encrypted in transit and is never stored on our server.
