Dru Yoga: Rediscover the joy of moving your body!

Dru Yoga is a graceful form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. This style of yoga was developed by British osteopaths and is designed with western lifestyles and challenges in mind. It can be practiced by people at any stage of life regardless of ability or experience. It can improve or create strength, flexibility, core stability, positivity, awareness, deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Learn about Dru yoga’s foundations, which are set firmly in ancient yogic tradition.  Dru Yoga works on mind, body and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being and heal you from modern, physically restricting conditions.

Join the wonderful Tracy Rowe as she facilitates a positive, fun and empowering experience of relaxation and pain-free movement, as a way of restoring your functional ability. Tracy will help you discover how you CAN enjoy living in your own body again!
