Spa Etiquette
Jindii Eco Spa prides itself on maintaining the highest of standards, to provide you with a supremely relaxing experience. In order to make your time at Jindii as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, we kindly request that you read and understand our Spa Etiquette prior to booking your Jindii Experience.
Bookings: A credit card number is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment.
Cancellations: As the treatments you book are reserved especially for you, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. A cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the booked treatment will apply if proper notice is not given.
Groups: A 50% deposit is required to confirm group bookings.
Arriving at the spa: So that your appointment runs as smoothly as possible, we request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Mobile phones: For the enjoyment of all our guests, Jindii has a strict no mobile phones policy. Please remember to switch you phone off or to 'silent' before entering the spa.
Children: The day spa environment is unsupervised and as such may be unsafe for children. For this reason we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your spa appointments.
Health & safety first: If you are pregnant or suffer from any medical conditions, please advise us at the time of booking as some treatments may not be suitable.
Clothing: We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing for your spa visit. Towels, robes and slippers will be provided for your use.
After your treatment: Following your treatments, Jindii invites all guests to spend some time relaxing in our guest lounge. We would urge you to allow at least 15 minutes on top of your appointment time to take advantage of this peaceful space before returning to your day's activities.
Gift vouchers: Jindii gift vouchers are valid for six months only from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after this time. Please remember to book your appointment ahead of the expiry date as appointment availability may be limited. Your gift voucher reference number will be required at the time of booking.
